Last week, I had to do drive up to Bathurst for work. All the way up and all the way back the auto in my 90 was playing up. I dropped into Bruce Davis on the way back and it looks like that oil leak will finally get fixed, the box is coming out in a few weeks for a major service.
But, on the bright side, I have my 110 truck cab at home that I can drive in the meantime. went to move it on the weekend and the clutch felt funny. Checked to fluid and it was dry so I put some more fluid in but there was obviously air in the system.
So on Sunday, I bled the clutch hydraulics and got all the air out of the system. Locked everything off and disconnected bleeding hose, topped up the fluid and tried the clutch......Flamin thing goes straight to the floor.
I'm not going to stuff around with rebuild kits for the master and slave, I'm just going to replace both.
I'm really hoping I can sort it out this weekend or I'll have to sink to the level of my wife's Discovery.
