You just have to shout out when someone gives incredible customer service.
Last weekend I ordered from Powerful UK a new product they have just released for the RRS being,Range Rover Sport L494 Rear Tailgate LED Light Strip - for vehicles WITH reverse camera
Today I received this email:
"We have received two reports of problems with the first batch of the Tailgate Light Strips that we have sold. On investigation the problem is due to water ingress into the light unit.
The water leak is due to a missed sealing operation around the silver screws on the rear of the light at the factory. When water gets into the light it results in some partial illumination of the light strip, even when the tail lights are not in use.
This is clearly unacceptable and we are working with our supplier to rectify this issue. More details of the problem are shown in this video: light bar problem - YouTube (https://youtu.be/m6wxwzNxRg0).
We sincerely apologise for any problems that this issue may cause you.
If you have not fitted the strip we do not recommend that you fit it.
If you have already fitted the strip we suggest that you disconnect the wires and / or remove the item.
We plan to develop a fix for this issue which will involve sealing the screws and will send you a video update in due course.
As this item does not meet our quality standards we will give you a full refund for your item, your refund will be made within the next 24 hours.
We do not wish to inconvenience you further by asking you to return the light to us, although if you do wish to return it to us please let us know and we will arrange collection."
