1998 Defender 300Tdi original handbook - what do they look like?

Hi all

Even though I am only the third owner of my 1998 Landrover Defender 300Tdi 130 HCPU, the original handbook was lost somewhere before I bought.

Does anyone have a picture of what the original would look like and are they still available?

Thanks plusnq, I have seen these, but I was chasing what they looked like when the car was first sold - ie in a wallet of some sort (assuming A5 sized vinyl, not leather) and what else was in the wallet?
