I need a lounge, hall, and kitchen/dining area tiles in my house at Coffs Harbour (Toormina). I have a very narrow window of opportunity to get the work done between the existing tenant vacating and new ones moving in - assuming I can find a new tenant. (Boy, I'd like a long term tenant :( )
Are there any tilers on this forum from up there?

I have just tiled the bathroom and toilet myself. Kitchen & Laundry nest. It really is not that hard, just takes time and a bit of care.

Just buy really big tiles Ron and do it yourself. Matt

The big tiles are actually harder. As the adhesive must be even underneath with no gaps or ccccrrrackkkk go the tiles. Smaller ones are a bit more forgiving.

I don't have time to do it myself - nor can I get my leave changed. The house needs to be vacant for as little time as possible - I need the rental income to pay the mortgage.
I also want a good job because I will be moving into this house when I retire in 18 months or so.
