Need to know how legal one of these would be in Queensland
They are made on a Rangie / Disco 1 Chassis. Which you have to buy a donor truck. to make it to look like this. Comes from UK in Kit form and then make it up.
They do a racing one and winch challenge one
I would be going for the winch challenge model

mmm we call them Darkar rangies in the Uk and personally have never liked them .:(
There are one or two Tomcats already here. Somewhere

I recognise that one.... It's up for sale at the mo IIRC. ;)

Have a look through the regs for bringing vehicles in as you might be able to use one of the sub clauses as it would be a competition vehicle??

No I didn't.... It's obviously a recent purchase then as he didn't mention it when I spoke to him a few weeks ago. Mind you, I need to catch up with him as I've offered to navigate & be a winch man for him.
