Guys...

My Puma came with the standard Boost Alloy Rims and it had 265/75/16 tyres. I've recently fitted new tyres (same size) and noticed that the tyres are rubbing on the Rear Spring Perch on both sides but more so on the RHS.
Is this a common problem people experience when running the 265 tyres? Why is there more rubbing on the RHS when compared to the LHS?

I've also noticed that my old tdi300 tyres also rub on the rear spring perch and these tyres are the 235/85/16 on the same Boost Alloys...

I assume this is common issue??

Thinking about going to a Steel Rim with a Zero offset to alleviate this problem...

my 2003 did this when I fitted 285's on boost alloys, used to smell burning rubber on corners. I put up with it for about a decade and since have gone back to 265's with no problems?

Yes. They don’t work on a 110. Too much offset. Wolf rims will work or any aftermarket ones.

You would want as wide a wheel offset as legally allowed, more stability IMHO...

I might have called my rims with the wrong name but these rims came standard on some defenders (Puma) I thought?
