Disco 2 Key Fob

New to the forum. Have a 2000 Disco 2 TD5 and need to replace the a key blade in the remote fob. I am reluctant to trash my working fob by forcing the blade out...does anyone have experience of changing the blade of the key fob and if so, tips on how to do it. Thanks in advance.

It will just pull out of the remote (along with a small black piece that goes over the key blade).
LR had a few of these blades fall out & issued a bulletin for them. The fix was to glue them into the remote so you might have one of these.

Try putting the key blade in a vise (maybe with jaw protectors) & pull on the remote body.
