I'd extend that to everyone. Want to do 80? No worries, just don't do 120 in the overtaking lane and then drop back to 80 after the merge.
Pick a speed and stick to it. Maybe I'd mandate everyone use cruise control unless overtaking.

Try that when the nomad is doing 80 until the overtaking lane and speeds up to 105 and you are in a speed limited truck and you’ll see. It’s illegal to increase your speed when being overtaken you know.

Apparently nobody. Rather than decree they should live (after all, nobody gets out alive) maybe it best if it’s just always quick and painless, rather than after years of chemo and suffering.
