My Mum was the same , on her last visit to hospital she asked not to be revived , it was her time .

So sorry to hear about that John, I know you were sporting a recent cold and told me you couldn't visit the home. Hope you did get to see her one more time. if there's anything Heather and I can do for you just ask.

Last time I started a thread about loss the response was truly incredible. This thread was not about loss, although it includes it. No, mum would have had me celebrate her, and so I was in fact putting her out there by posting here. She knew how much this forum has done for me. I didn't post looking for anything, but I have mentioned mum in other threads.

We all lose people. I believe this forum allows us to share this. You all should cherish what Dave has given us.
