Timing belt SDV6 2011

Having reached 180,000kms in my 2011 SDV6 RRS, how important is a timing belt change.
Can you give me an idea of cost, parts and labour please.
Is it a difficult job or OK for a mechanic in a country town who handles all kinds of jobs.

I would plan to get it done soon,not urgent.
Timing belt is straight toward but the rear fuel pump belt will be a challenge for someone not familiar with rovers.
