Something in the dash....rolling around

Hi team
I have purchased a 2016 Sport and there is something rolling around in the dash area. Sounds like a pen or marble, or coins?

Very annoying.....

Any ideas as to a quick fix or how I can remove a component or 2 and have a look around. Wondering if previous owner let something fall in the vents or if their kids put coins the CD slot.

Try to determine if it is in the dash or center console. The dash is pretty easy to dismantle (at least superficially) but the center console is a whole other story.

I had a rattle that took me aaaaggggeees to track down. It only seem to be apparent when i was going around a sweeping left hand bend on a bumpy road. I tracked it down to being somewhere behind the dash on the drivers side . I removed the lower panel and a screw dropped out.

Might be that.

Too right! The road is slowly being upgraded so parts of it are really nice to drive . . . as the road has improved, the police presence has increased[bigwhistle]. The game of "spot the car in the bushes" on a Saturday or Sunday morning is nowhere near as fun these days as it used to be.[biggrin]
