Clear Coat or Paint Protection Peeling?

Hi guys,

So my pressure washer pulled up what I think, hopefully is not, my paint clear coat. There is a deeper scratch than I realised where I guess the washer got under there and tore it up.

Just wanting some advice if this is LR's clear coat or if it was the paint protection coating the dealer applied?

Any advice on how to fix this before it gets any worse on my D4?

I'm no expert, but, to me it does look like the clear coat is not well at all........

My clear coat is flaking on my bonnet where it’s been chipped. It’s a right old mess. I’m narra bronze which looks like the same colour.
