This is a book written by Peter Yule , published 2020.

It is about Australia’s Vietnam Veterans since the War.

All the services are mentioned , including , so far anyway H.M.A.S. Sydney,Hobart, Perth, Brisbane, Voyager.

I know there are ex service personnel on this forum, and wonder if anyone contributed to this book, which apart from a couple of dubious little vignettes, is an excellent tome.

Voyager? She didn't take part in the RAN's role in Vietnam, AFAIK. She was sunk early in 1964. Be interested in why she is mentioned. Maybe Bob or NavyDiver can shed some light.

I should have typed Vendetta , Voyager has a brief mention , in reference to a survivor of Voyager serving on Sydney.

That is a good study you put up Bob. Except for the map of Tasmania omitted in the headlines.
