Speaking of cooking Spud, do you know this old lady that cooks up for herself:

Don't know her personally but I have come across similar. One old woman if you went in you could not see her for peat smoke. All you saw was the glow of a cigarette through the smoke. Don't think she was ever aquainted with Messers Soap and Water but she lived to be a very ripe old age.
Another man of similar persuasion used to just put meat on the pan, turn and take it off with hands as black as coal. He died when the house went on fire. I don't have the nose of a blood hound but .....say no more.

Two Cups cashews
one table spoon Tahini
dash apple cider vinegar
dash Maple syrup or honey
S and P

Soak cashews just covered in water for a few hours
Toss in every thing else and blitz it or Blender to a thick cream consistency

(I added a dash of cayenne pepper.)

It was my best every lamb chop dressing stolen from a BBQ Zucchini thing I saw :)

Its on my tomatoes, sour dough and Basil for breakfast in the morning for sure. In a jar in fridge now. I suspect it will be my camping essential in future :)

Took me all of 10 minutes to a very appreciative crew. Ballarat lamb was dammed good to start with of course
