On my L320 (2010), the passenger side heater is not sending warm air but the drivers side is is sending warm. It’s the same for front and back air vents with only heat coming on the drivers side (wife not happy). Any suggestions on where to look, not able to find a manual which covers this part?

thanks

It’s unlikely that there is a separate heater. There will be servo controlled flaps that direct the air. One of the flaps may be stuck or the servo has failed.

Probably a mongrel of a job to fix as a lot of the dash will have to come out.

Yes just one heater that is on all the time - hot/cold air is directed left right, up and down by a series of blend motors and flaps - so need to check whether the controller is sending the right signals to the right places and to check if all the motors and flaps are not seized - as mentioned not a great job.

It might be worth doing a hard reset (disconnect battery and leave for 30 minutes or so) to see if that makes a difference. It might make all the stepper motors re find their home.
