Adding new key Operation Failed E 9

Hi All,

While trying to add a new key with the GAP tool I received the following messages;

Operation Failed E 9 and This Version of Key Module May Need to be Unlocked Contact GAP

I have emailed GAP and am awaiting a response. I could not find any other information on this error, the closest being an E7 error.

Has anyone else had a similar fault trying to add a new key from eBay?
