MSI GE76 Raider 11UH-038AU 17.3in UHD 120Hz i9-11980HK RTX3080 64GB 2TB Gaming Laptop | Wireless 1 (https://www.wireless1.com.au/msi-ge76-raider-11uh-038au-17-3in-uhd-120hz-i9-11980hk-rtx3080-64gb-2tb-gaming-laptop)
( I did add a second 2tb nvme drive)

for extended caravan use.

and while it plays games beautifully, it has a problem streaming video like utube and Kayo, just wont load the video with utube (constant loading signal) or starts, plays a second and stops with kayo. I can download files at full speed during this no problem.

It has uptodate win 10 Home and latest nvidea drivers.

the cpu does have integrated graphics.
It has the windows media pack loaded,
It also wont run DX9 or ten benchmarks..

As always, all help appreciated

Have you tried VLC player? (Obviously not a perfect solution - but I'm just wondering).

Are there any parameters on the Driver that can be played with?

I always install the codec pack CCCD or something like that with every fresh install.

not that I am aware,,

I used to load codecs in the past, but thought win10 fixed all that... Hmmm.

maybe a little late to reply however....

I had nothing but problems with nvidia graphics cards with my msi gaming laptop. tbh I've replaced keyboard, screen, the hinges even broke, can't use the nvidia graphics card due to drivers issue. never again will I buy another msi product as a result, disappointing as the unit was great spec for its day and I was very happy with it for a while. I tried everything imaginable but no ultimate solution. I think the problem may even be microsoft related tbh.
