Hallo,
Hope everyone is doing ok especially those in lockdown!
So we want to install a above ground pool 9.1x4.5 with a deck around it, the issue seems to be that we want the deck to be around 60-70cm high and 35m2, In NSW do we then need a CDC or a fast tracked development approval, I believe a CDC is about $1800 is a Dev approval more? If we build the deck around the pool we would only need to fence the outside of the deck. If I build the deck later, then we still need to fence around it and then re fence the deck due to it's height.
Any advise would be great!
