Nanocom woes

Borrowed a nanocom for a td5 conversion and as i ineed to change my pedal setting to 2 track from 3. I select nanocom and it then says mainexec.mex file not found. Sd card error, reboot system. Have tried reboot but not solved anything.
No sd card fitted.

Any help appreciated as owner lives 70 miles away.
Am waiting for my local retailer to get stock so i can buy my own.

Sorry to hear that..

I'd say the firmware is corrupt, it can be reflashed to try and save the unit, it does not always work though.

If it doesn't work it may need to go back to BBS for repair.
