Activity Key for MY22 Discovery

Hi All,
Have ordered a 22MY Discovery D300 SE with delivery scheduled for September.
The dealership didn't include the Activity Key as an accessory.
Just wondering if anyone:
1- Knows if you can buy the activity key aftermarket, with the required add on card hardware / tech
2- Has had this installed? (in Melb if possible)

You can buy the key and hardware separately and install it yourself, here (http://accessories-instructions.landrover.com/enUSA/all-new-discovery/G2018161) are the installation instructions. As far as I'm aware a dealer would need to activate the key (see step 13 in the installation instructions).
