This is great, and it's completely Australian-made. Go WA!

the thread is misnamed
WA didn't launch anything. It was done at Kennedy Space centre.
Hopefully South Australia's launch facility at Whalers Way will soon be able to launch small satellites.

We’ve gone pretty high tech.
The huge Slingshot is being concreted in.
Back up unit is some PVC pipe fittings and Aerostart

This is why WA is keeping it's borders closed, No community transmission, No lockdowns and No need to wear a mask .
Life is pretty much normal in WA and thats the way we want to keep it thank you.

Nothing whatsoever to do with "Luck", It's all down to Good "management" [thumbsupbig]
As long as WA continues to do what it is doing at the moment until WA itself decides that it is Safe to open up the borders then we should be just fine[biggrin]
