Rattles

I have a small rattle in the D4in the area of the passenger door or the B pillar. You can't hear it from to drivers seat but in the front passenger seat it drives you nuts but you do get used to it but I would like to fix it. As I don't want to pull the both panels off I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar one and could give me a clue to which panel to pull off.

Not sure if this is the same issue as yours but there has been chat about B pillar issues on the UK forum before
