Who's dealt with them? I sent an enquiry, by email on Monday, but apart from an automated acknowledgment saying they'd get back to me, nothing. Are they usually that lax?

Only dealt with them in person and on the phone, always had good service.

I know they recently moved so possible they have not got things setup properly yet. Might pay to give them a call.

yep .. and also a bit protective of his products.
Had a long conversation with him one day when I was looking to get their springs and the bilstein shocks for my D1.
He tried hard to convince me to let them install, and offered a small discount, but I (think I) convinced him that I was more than capable to fit and measure and return for any spacers that I it may have required if I'd done it.

He wasn't trying to push the install for additional revenue, he seriously seemed concerned that a numpty will have botched something.
