I got the set of 5 dvds at the last show for a great price

Although they use Tojo's it is a great watch as they take vans to places many would be reluctant to take their 4x4s

They dont really push their product like some of the magazine dvds and they boys just have a great time away

The outakes at the end of each show are just great

Well worth watching in my opinion.

Just watched the latest trip video "Far NQ" and what a great video, although they use a new 76 V8 Tojo to pull the van it is amazing what they get the van through, mainly intact too:D

They show the trip warts and all which is quite refreshing these days and there is minimal product pushing which is nice these days, plus they all seem to have a great time with family and friends which I think our lifestyle is all about.

All in all I would thorughly recommend them as good entertainment value plus some great 4wding and travel veiwing to boot

Gday Glen we own a Kedron and have all the Movies, they are pretty good and Dave has made a real name for himeself with the places he want to take the vans. After the last 1 (Far NQ adventure) i heard LR approached them asking the Gall Boys to give them a call on using a LR so it will be very interesting to see if they follow that up (fingers crossed)

I've got all six and they're great entertainment - they make some silly mistakes like we all do and there are a few family "disagreements" too. Not at all sanitized, it all comes over as pretty genuine, unlike other dvds given out by 4x4 mags that are glorified ads. I know this too, is an ad in a way but they don't shamelessly plug the product like some dvds do. Some great venues and funny incidents. I met them at the Sydney Show and Glenn said they didn't have any other trips on the horizon as they were too exhausting, expensive and time consuming but I don't think he was ruling it out, either. Really nice fella. It's funny watching the dvds, the old fella being very protective about wrecking the vans and Dave wanting to push it al the time. You can see both points of view as old Baz built the business up the hard way and from scratch, and doesn't like any unnecessary risk/damage. Whereas Dave is pretty gung-ho which really makes for great viewing. Theytake on some pretty interesting challenges.:D

It's probably stating the obvious that few of us would attempt some of the things they did - knowing they can patch the van up and sell it, whereas for most of us a van like that would be a prize asset not to be abused. I't good that somebody is willing to show how far you can go though.
