Dual wheel infaltion device.

I have seen these devices. I'd like to make one up, I have the hose. I need a part to fit in to the inflator, the bit with the pressure gauge, a T piece and two parts to go on the tyre valve. Apart from the T piece I do not know what to look for. What are these bits called?

The parts that go on the tyres are called schrader valves so you pro'ly want 2 hose crimp/barb to female schrader fittings for the wheels, and a hose crimp/barb to male schrader to go into the inflator.
