Just interested to hear from anyone who has fitted large tow mirrors like ClearView, Ocam or San Hima to their D4 .. or even D3.
They certainly appear to be the way to go for a decent tow mirror but the downside I can see is the increased physical size, even when retracted.
Clearances in places like car parks at shopping centres, etc.might be a bit of a problem.

There is now supposed to be a version 2 that retracts/telescopes all the way back in.
Not sure if they have got as far a LR fitments yet, but if my memory serves they are clearview

Yes .. the Clearview were the first mirrors I looked at.
Won't be paying nearly $1000 for a couple of tow mirrors though .. so I'll likely go with the San Hima for less than half that price.
I've seen these up closed and spoken to owners who are very happy with them and the build quality is excellent.
