Yes folks, we are once again going up to the Gympie Muster.

The Toyota National Country Music Muster is best described as the quintessential Australian Festival. It's 13 exciting venues nestled amongst the towering gums and leisurely lagoons of the beautiful Amamoor Creek State Forest Park near Gympie, Queensland. For six magical days and unforgettable nights, this amazing festival hosts the cream of Australian country music talent, as well as a phenomenal blues program, one of the country's richest talent searches and a smorgasbord of comedy, folk, bush poetry, country dance, workshops and kids country!

The plan is to leave the GC around 8am Friday 25th August, get up there, set-up camp, enjoy the entertainment until the early hours on sunday morning. Have a slow start to sunday, long brekkie, pack up camp and head home around lunchtime Sunday 27th August ;)

All interested parties please post here :D

I'll be there I think I could manage to thread a belt onto one of my dinner plates so as to fit in. Is there any cowgirl bucking bronco riding? or maybe cowgirl mud wrestling. or maybe just find the cowgirl in the haystack.

Annette.

Second thoughts I recon Mick G may loan me his spare tyre to use as a belt buckle. I could fabricate a custom bull hat with tow hooks so I can get home.
