I have a RRS 2014 and am trying to do map updates. It seems there was a version 22 update available until recently from Tom Tom and the navshop but says it is no longer available. A little confused.
Does anyone have access to that version of the updates or where I may be able to acquire one. Have just purchased the car and don't really want to do a Android system upgrade, destroys the original look of the car.

Not sure if it will be possible even if you find a disk... from memory, there is a key that needs to be generated through Land Rover Australia - In-car GPS Upgrades for Australia and New Zealand - powered by TomTomĀ® maps (https://landrover.navshop.com.au/) when you place the order. I did a summary of the update process a couple of years ago.
Bummer that the product is not available. I find though that even the v22 is losing usefulness, and most often just use Sygic on my phone. (I do not use tom tom because they seem to want an ongoing subscription these days)

V22 is five years ago, 2016.

Not sure what you mean about destroying the look of the car, there are Apple CarPlay & Android Auto kits that work with the original screen.

I did an Android update in my previous L320 and unfortunately the phone bluetooth no longer worked as clearly as the original, so a bit reluctant to do it again on this newer one.

With all the hullabaloo over phone use these days and the massive fines in QLD I am reluctant to use a phone nav unit, the cops don't seem to care what you are using it for.

The pics you see are taken by Cambo himself. He does these installs. So, if you're interested send him a PM.

I bought a samsung flip3, best thing I ever did. connect it to android auto via the usb cable and just shut it. I doubt most people would know what it was folded up..
