Hello All,

Has anyone replaced their vehicle's seat foam with something from Clark Rubber or similar type of store?

The cost of Land Rover Defender 110 ute seat back foam (genuine HGA500500) is currently priced at $220.00, and the seat base cushion foam Land Rover Defender foam seat base (DA4031) is valued at $85.00.

If you did go down a Clark Rubber - generic option was it a successful choice? What type of foam did you get and how much work did you have to do to it to make it fit? How well did it last? Finally, would you take that option again?

I have to replace all the seat foam in Snowy my ute, so I would like to hear from the collected wisdom of people who have been faced with a similar situation.

Kind regards
Lionel

Try Exmoor Trim, or one of their stockists.

Their seat base foams are excellent.

I did my series with Clark rubber foam, I'm pretty sure it was a specific spec foam for this type of thing. Seems ok, but they are the flat series seats, not the fancy and curvatious Defender ones!

Yes, that would be my concern with 90/110/Defender, but OK for Series.

I recently did mine with an Exmoor kit (did the covers too). Excellent product and pretty easy to do.
