MT82 Rear Oil Seal Leaking

Guys...
Looks like I might have a leaking oil seal at the rear of the Gearbox.... Just wondering if this is a common issue with the MT82 Gearboxes and seals/parts are required to replace it?

Just having a quick look & these are the parts that I may or may not need:

Gearbox oil seal MT82l - LR0058800
Gearbox output shaft oil seal DEF from 2007 - TZB500140
CLIP-RETAINING - TYC500160

Can anyone confirm which of these parts (if any?) that I will need to purchase?

ICV100000 - LT230 transfer case front input oil seal.

The other tzb, tyc part numbers from memory are the rubber bit and plastic bit of crap that the standard adaptor shaft uses between the MT82 box and the LT230 box.

If you havent done the clutch or adaptor shaft then this is the time to do it, search clutches in AULRO

I forgot to mention that the previous owner had a Ashcroft Adaptor installed but I don't which version it would have been (upon speaking to the previous owner he seems to think it was back in Jun-2016). I believe they are up to version-3(Red unit).

Back in 2016, does anyone know what version that would have been (Silver or Blue?).

My concern is that the actual oil leak is not the GB seal but the Ashcroft unit itself but I won't know until the TC is removed... Hopefully I can buy the req'd o'rings for both units cheaply to hedge my bets...

If it ends up being the Ashcroft that is leaking, then do I spend the money and replace it with the LOF unit as this seems to be better designed with no extra o'rings, etc ??

The mechanic who installed my LOF unit said it was his 1st install of the LOF. He was quite impressed with it and tried to order some but were out of stock. He said the Ashcroft are great as well, but he did say he had a few oil leak issues with the Ashcrofts. Any oil leak issue down there is going to be expensive.
