No take off

Just had a really rough drive to work with next to no power in first gear when taking off even when changing to sport and sand mode. Would finally kick in when the revs got up but haven't felt a flat spot like that since when I would drive a Super Beetle. Just finishing a shift in the ED so haven't had time to check codes yet. Could this be a stuck EGR?

2005 2.7 TDV6.
Had no problems driving home with normal power then.

Your symptoms are common for EGR sticking open.

Sticky turbo linkage ... put me down for 2 bucks.
