Hello,
I am looking to buy a house, but the chimney appears to have a bit of a lean, is this fixable or not? How much would you expect to pay to get it redressed?

Bit tough to tell if the walls shifted - easy to fix assuming it is not a structural issue just drying timbers moving a little or, if not, a Foundation issue for the chimney - Structural fault which may be fixable but not cheap!
I'd get a inspection by a builder before handing over my hard earned

Is it actually out of plumb?
Check it out with a level on a 3 metre straight edge vertically. I've fixed / stabilised plenty of brickwork stuff out of plumb over the years. Usually no big deal.
What are the dimensions of the chimney.......approx height, width and depth?
