Ok my sister recently took this photo and thought it was classic Aussie. Scorched backyard, gum tree, shed, corrugated iron, two blokes watching the rabbits and horses at the fence. My question to you all is where do you think this is? The answer may surprise.

half similar to my brothers backyard in Pyramid Hill, with the corrugated iron sheet fence .. but where your sis has paling fence on the LHS, his is corrugated iron all round.

Some of his neighbours have renovated their houses and gone with colourbond side fences now, and only their rear fences have the old corrugated sheeting still there tho.

I'd guess somewhere north .. maybe around Bendigo area.

Looks like one of the many blocks that back onto the freeway and power-line reserves around Melbourne.

That back yard is screaming out for a decent shed though.

Maybe a few sheep or goats to keep the grass trimmed [emoji16]

A long shot here, but perhaps was it taken while sitting on the tailgate of a 1977 two-door white Range Rover parked in sunny Hampton?

I'm putting it somewhere in the vicinity of Deer Park, but i'm blowed if I can see any rabbits... Or deer.

Rabbits with cameras.

They'd point out to each side.

No idea where it is but a new fence and some landscaping would do wonders

Haha Saitch! 😁
Vague, too true. Hot Melbs day, cruising Hampton & Cheltenham ROWs in an aged TD5, looking for a white 77 RRC hiding in some classic sunburnt back yard...... Fingers crossed on attached pic. May have struck oil - always a clue 😉 😅

Heatherton. A street off Kingston road. Very close to Warrugul Road/Dingley Bypass. Was a great spot as FYI
