Roof rack bars for 1996 130 cab

Looking to mount my solar panel on the roof of my 130. Have some Rhino commercial bars , that according to the website fit. But they touch the sides on the high part of the roof. See pics.

I had similar on my old D2. I removed about 5-8mm of plastic from the legs to get clearance from the roof panel.

Yep. Use an angle grinder. Worked for my D2 and D1. I still have the commercial rhinos on my D1 from my defender. And the cutouts for the defender work for the D1 [emoji106]
