Trying to close ebay account, they try and keep you as a customer, so i get on to live chat to cancel my business account. They ask for reason why because they come up with options to retain you, so I tell them I don't want to keep my account as I have a terminal illnes and wont be using ebay in the future. Well today Mario hide all the ebay adds for a month until ebay closes it of, which they wont do until end on next month. And in that time we are not to have any movement on our store, sales wise. Now the only other thing is customer that we have, that are not on the forum and they don't know we are closed. Had one yesterday that emailed us and he has been with us for years, had to reply to him and tell him that we have closed because of Mario, and today I had a call for another one and had to tell him as well. We love all our customers and when I do tell them they are really upset to hear about Mario. I suppose now this end of an era for us, and a new one for me looking after Mario.
