I live a little too close to the tomfoolery at the moment.
I like to avoid the country music festival as best I can, and the swathes of unwashed grey nomads who seem to frequent it.

We used to do the runner from the Isa, when the big rodeo was on. We'd head out to East Leichhardt to escape the drunken, pseudo cowboy/true blue aussie types.
