Hi All

I have about the 220th 110 Defender 300TDI built, so subsequently original vehicle had cam belt alignment issue and the earlier inner timing cover for which the original owner replaced the timing belt with Zeus timing gears. I have had one gear strip and spent a long time chasing front oil seals in the past (LR seal is a dust cover, kit had a replacement oil seal). I have just replaced the outer timing cover and alas it doesn't align with the older inner timing cover. Time they go.

The LR mod kit to replace the old belt tensioner with new tensioner and bracket includes newer inner timing cover so will fix my inner to outer cover alignment issue. I am trying to work out what I will need additional to British Auto Parts Kit STC4095 to convert back

Anyone have the instructions for installing the Zeus gears so I can reverse engineer back to original belt configuration.

I seem to remember a bung was removed from inner timing cover to let oil spill over.
I expect I will need inner oil seal and outer dust seal.
Timing cover bolts inner and outer

Would like a full bill of materials before I start to ensure I can still actually get all bits required.

Any additional input appreciated.
