Just to round this off with some actual figures---

axle weights over the weighbridge are--
Front is 1400KG
Rear is 1300KG

Adding ball weight of 280 brings rear to 1580KG.
Limit of front axle is 1590KG
Limit of rear axle is 1750KG

The front 1400 needs to be added to the rear of 1580, This is the car without people but fully fueled and packed.
We need to add 200kg of people to this overall weight,( say 100kg per axle? )

1400 + 1580 + 200 = 3180kg all up car weight.
GVW is 3230KG
So BUB has around 50kg of capacity left,,


Adding Caravan 3137Kg to BUB's 2980KG( includes ball weight) == 6117KG.

GTM is 6730kg
