Looks like head gasket.

could be many things:
pwr steering pump, valley gasket front edge, rocker cover gasket, timing cover.

Needs a clean up, and quick/short road test to get it leaking to see where it's starting out of.

I had a simmilar leak on my D2a V8, It ended up the oil pump seal had hardened and failed.
Thoroughly degrease and dry the engine and then have a look where the leak is coming from, IF it is the oil pump seal it is a cheap and easy fix.
