DVD player Removal

my DVD player doesn't work at all due to the new headhunt I Put in and plus it is highly dated by now

anyone got any ideas for covering up the hole in the headliner?

I would buy a second hand head liner and recover it would work out cheaper and look better you could add some noise deadener to the roof car would b much quiter.
