2014 Freelander 2 Car Radio Programming

Hi Brains trust,
I have a 2014 Freelander 2 and Im trying to find out how to scan / program new preset stations on the car radio.

The car radio that is shown in the owner manual is not the same radio/dash I have. I've attached a photo of the centre dash/radio in my car that I have found online. Its the photo on the right hand side.

Hold left or right for a bit to scan stations.

To lock one in to a preset once tuned - press and hold the number you want it to be on
