I haven’t watched it for years, I now find it boring. Superbikes was/is better.

Was a good race with a bit of action. Much nicer than a stock standard snoozefest.

If you haven't "watched it for years", how on earth can you "now find it boring"?
Silverstone was anything but boring, but then, I'm easily pleased! [biggrin]

Pecco lucky to get out of this with just a sore neck!
Who is to blame here? A few 'Ifs' and 'Buts', I reckon.

Racing incident. Having said that, Marquez would not have been able to see Bagnia, but Bagnia knew and saw Marquez was there and continued to cut in on him. Pretty hard for Marquez to roll out when he didn't know he needed to until he was parked in the back of a Ducati.

Yea. When I saw it live, my first thought was that Marquez pushed a little, into the corner and could have backed off a little.
On watching a few more times, I tend to agree that it's just 'One of Those Things'.
After all, what right have I to judge?
I once got my Duke to 180 and chickened out. [biggrin]

On a 996 in Dubai it ran out of puff somewhere around an "indicated" 260. Pro-tip : Don't poke your lid above the screen at those sort of speeds :)
4 & 5 lane, laser straight highways that run for > 100KM before the next bend, rear license plates only and all speed cameras are front facing. One of the few things I miss about living there.

I saw the aftermath from a 'Wing performing a similar stunt on the Mount Mee Road. What a mess!
The bloke had a bit more than a crook neck, too.
'Twas another member of the 'Mid-life Crisis Motorcycle Club'. [bigsad]

Randy Mamola would have loved it.
