Some may remember that last Anzac Dat I posted a thread relating how my D3 got broken into by someone smashing the rear passenger window and pulling himself over the broken edges. At the time I mentioned that he left blood behind and the forensic boys collected samples ................. well ....................pinged!!!, the sample had a match on the police computer, obviously he had some form, and he will be charged.
Believe it or not he has indicated he will plead "not guilty" ????????? wonder how his blood got inside my car?
Have advised the Insurance company they are going him for the costs, but knowing these type of people he probably has nothing.

But a good result..................although I would like to give him some physical pain as well

Richard he'll probably take you to court for having glass that cut him, while out for a jog when he slipped over and went through your window etc etc

great news Richard but don't expect to much from the courts. this turd will turn up to court with his legal aid lawyer saying that his client is a junkie or on methadone and that his father abused him as a child etc..etc. and the judge will slap his wrist and say don't do it again. then this little turd will get into his stolen car and drive home.

the best thing you can hope for is that the judge has had his car broken into or stolen recently and decides to take his revenge and throw the book at him.:)

Richard, find out the where and what court date for the offender ,In court you get all his details... name address etc..then wait 6 months or so before he has a real jogging accident..the D3 need some payback:twisted::twisted: Slap on the wrist from the govt, broken legs from a D3..justice.

Whilst casually walking down the road at time/date/location. I was travelling by the plaintiffs Land rover and slipped on a disgarded pool of oil. This resulted in my person falling head first into the plaintiff's car window. I was bleeding to death and obviously suffering from temporary insanity as a result from the concussion induced by the plantiffs blaintant disregard for his placement of a pool of oil. I had no mobile phone on my person to call an ambulance therefore I borrowed the plaintiff's wallet to call an ambulance.
I could not find a pay phone in the immediate vacinity of the incident and my pain was to intense to bare any longer so I used the Plaintiff's monies to purchase and administor pain relief

I like the way you have made deliberate spelling mistakes so that it looks like it was written by the low life concerned. :D

Good stuff, Richard. At least it will make you feel a bit better that something is being done. At last our boys in blue are getting of their backsides and addressing real crime. It s a tough job and like banging your head against a wall for them at times as when you get to court our bleeding heart judges feel sorry for the poor little downtroden pond scum. Having said that a lot of police are a joke and not even interested, have been through this a few times and are not even interested in investigating.
About time our laws for this sort of crap meant retribution and they actually had to pay financially as well as prison time. Bugger rehab, all that teaches them is to re-offend as nothing will be done. Lets bring in laws like in Texas (I think it was) which if they do not have the money or ability to repay the victim or offender, even if insurance has been paid, you get to go into their home and take what ever you like to equivalent value.

I love technology when it can do things like that. I presume it was DNA matching that got him.

In NSW (I think) they are debating whether the jury should have more input into sentencing. Judges are outraged, as apparently it takes a lot of skill to give someone the proper sentence!

Good to see you got a result. You might find he changes his plea at the last minute.
I had that a few times when working the bottlo. I would turn up to court as the witness and they would then plead guilty seeing as my story hadn't changed.

There was a letter in the paper a couple of weeks ago from a cop who said that in the current pay dispute they would happily take a lower pay increase if there was a guarantee that the courst would treat offenders appropriately. Must be really morale sapping when you go all out to catch a scumbag and the courts let them off with a slap on the wrist. :angrylock:

Great result.

Go the revenge route after a bit of time I reckon. Scum bag deserves some real punishment.

Must admit I am very happy with the way the police have handled it but don't have any optomism for the court results. We will wait and see.
