Could this be something serious to have done immediately, or maybe just a new hose clamp needed?

Thanks Josh. Looking at the pics again I can see where it's not in squarely so will be under the bonnet tomorrow and see what I can do. I'll check the O ring for damage and buy another if necessary.

As a tip, the plastic 90 degree thing gets stress fractures where the metal clip mounts. Mine was endlessly leaking and I examined it close up and could see fractures. This was causing it to continually break free and leak. I bought a new plastic piece and o-ring and it’s not moved since. Let me find some photos

These cracks are enough to allow movement enough to leak. The o-ring seals right on the edge so there not much tolerance.

Noticed the same oil traces whilst doing a recent oil change.
The air duct was not quite inline where the large clip is,as in DJs post.
Noticed the body of the duct was hitting the radiator hose clamp...possibly preventing correct alignment?
It is the clip immediately below the red box in DJ' pic....shaved a bit off the duct box with a hacksaw blade.

Your welcome Alan, I find I lubricate mine then push it in with crazy force while pushing and twisting it. Then it goes click
