4x4 Perentie: removing the bulkhead?

Has anyone tried to install one of these in a Perentie?

I was wondering if it could be done. Would it have any negative effects to the structural integrity?

I’ve seen photos of it being done to a Perentie. I can’t see it being any weaker by using this sort of steel tube bracing.
