This kit would be a great option, if available here !
Hopefully Cam might be able to give us an assessment on this setup and if he thinks it's a viable option ?
This could be a GAME CHANGER for L322 owners... (Android Auto / Carplay Install Part 1) - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K7Fv0pTIug)

Their website says "global" carbon neutral shipping- whatever that means. I am keen to see how the system shakes out after a week with Sam driving it.

Well it's basically just a different manufacturer, but does exactly the same things as the existing kit from Naviplus.
So, why?

The latest kit from me / Naviplus for 2010-2012MY L322;
- versions for both single view and dual view screen
- wired and wireless for both CarPlay and Android Auto
- steering wheel control integration
- night mode, so maps go dark with the headlights
- all factory functionality retained
Added bonus when I do it, the actual name of the vehicle is displayed in the phone i.e. "Range Rover Vogue" or whatever you like, and it's branded Land Rover.

What's the difference with this new one?

Does the system know the difference between headlights on in daylight in DRL mode and when on in auto mode because its dark?

No worries but we always had the option for dual view screen since the beginning.

It's based on the exterior lighting status, if you manually turn the lights on the maps are dark, if the light switch is set to auto, they go dark when the lights come on automatically.
