ACE actuator leaking through shaft seal into gator boot

My ACE fluid has been slowly lowering but no signs of leaking. Finally found where it's going to:

There's on very full gator boot!

Part suppliers are showing the RQK100000 actuator rams to be no longer available. Is there a seal kit or rebuild service for these?

At this point I'm not particularly interested in using second hand parts that may themselves fail in the near future, or removing ACE to fit swaybars.
