Hi
Read alot on here about fitting Dynamic Wheels on 1996 130. Decided on 16x7 P0, with 235 85 16 tyres. Can't find anywhere if the standard Dynamic wheels are load rated for a 130 or if you have to go for mine spec to meet the load rating.
Appreciate the help you guys give.
Thanks

Just spoke with Dynamic, they said they only did a 16x7 in P20, load rating 1400kg. Is that ok for a 130?
P20 with 235 85 16 tyres , no problems with rubbing etc on a standard lift.
Thanks

dynamic make 3 steel wheel load ratings, 1200kg, 1400kg and mine spec. All of the offerings will exceed the load rating of the 130 housing. As i said in the other post, the 130 housing load rating is 2200kg. 2 wheels at 1200kg each = 2400kg. The load ratings are not uniform across the Dynamic range. ie you can get 1400kg in a 16" rim but only in limited offsets. For some reason, the 17" offerings are 1200kg. Need to pay attention and not assume. For the stock 130 housing, little will turn on the 1200 v 1400 unless you want to upgrade your GVM and need a higher housing load rating (as i did, i increased mine to 2550kg). The other thing to pay attention to is the tyre load rating. Most if not all LT tyres will meet the load rating but the dirt cheap offerings might not. The load rating needs to be 112Q or numerically higher. In LT235/85 you will probably find the rating is +/-120Q which exceeds the 130 housing.
For what it is worth, i run dynamic round hole because it visually is the same as the 130HD rims and subjectively, the round hole looks better than the triangle or D hole.

yes. wolf rims were +20mm offset and defender and D1 steel rims were +33mm off set. all will work on a 130 with 235/85 rubber. if you fit 255/85 rubber you might want to consider a zero offset rim to avoid rubbing on the coil outrigger.

20mm O/S works perfect with 255/85R16. No rubbing at all. m

If u don't mind me asking, what size & offset Dynamic Rims did u get? I too prefer the "O" holes but couldn't find anything here in Aus in a 7" rim, only 8"? Did u purchase them directly or just from a local tyre shop?

I currently get rubbing on the rear Spring Perch on both of my Defender 110's - one is running 235/85 while the other is running 265/75 and both are on the Defender OEM alloy rims. Would a 265/75 rub with a P20 offset?

i run 35s on 16x8 neg 25. mine rub at full tuck. being 35" they rub on the side wall not the shoulder of the tyre.
100 inch didn't quite answer your question. he has no rubbing with 255/85 on sawtooths (7" +20 OS). you asked about 265/75. i suspect they will rub. how much will depend on the construction of the tyre ie how aggressive the side wall lugs are, how much side wall flex when on side slopes etc.
