I can't watch his stuff because of his hand waving. I might watch him if someone tied his hands behind his back,

But the point is true, either a vehicle that has designed-in great handling etc - and improved even more with Clever Bits.... Or a very very Ordinary car that NEEDS clever bits......

Again - this dickhead couldn’t even operate a TPMS when he did the review. And because of it he trashed the product.
He’s unconsciously incompetent…

Same as most late model LR's,even old Defender was the same.
What he needs to do is disconnect an EAS height sensor, thats when all the fun starts, but it can be sorted with the correct code reader,if there is one for the Defender?
As we all know,a good code reader is mandatory for these vehicles if leaving town.
Oh,and no, i won't watch ASPW,gave up on his rambling years ago[smilebigeye]

He’s unconsciously incompetent…You're too kind to the self professed expert.
We all know what an expert is.

The thing that gets up my nose is the arrogance mixed with his ignorance: that JLR should demonstrate to him that he is wrong. I was wasn't aware that the planets revolved around him!

I can't handle his, carefully scripted 'Pregnant Pauses', 'Stutterings' and 'Vacant Stares off Into the Distance, Searching for a Term or Word' acts.
As a so called, Automotive Expert, he would make a good, media tart politician.

I saw that episode and questioned his assumption the vehicle would automatically go into limp mode if a sensor failed, be undriveable and have to be recovered.
I'm not familiar with the latest Range Rover admittedly, but I've had ABS sensors fail and all that happened was a warning light appeared on the dash, but the vehicle remained drivable.
APSW has been forced to admit he was wrong. The vehicle is still drivable.

......... but the vehicle remained drivable.
Likewise I had a sensor come out of the rear hub when the rock guard parted company with hub and ABS and TC lights came on. Sensor cleaned and reinserted and fault cleared.
Powerfuluk's Simon has rebutted ASPW's undrivable contention but given the dependence of the new Defenders on sensing what the wheels are doing I'm not sure the extent to which terrain response actions like traction control, centre differential, hill descent even maybe the rear E-diff lock and the diesel versions engaging the front drive line are compromised in the unlikely event a sensor will fail or be damaged.

Yep, Andrew got this one wrong. Powerful UK proved it. Here's the link to see for yourselves:

Solution with ASPWs videos is to turn the volume off and enjoy his recent Canning stock route scenery - some of his cinematography is not too bad.

Depends on the gravity of the situation...[bigwhistle]
