Passenger door lock and beeps

Hi All,

The other day I cannot unlock the front passenger door from driver side on my D4 2014. Then when I lock by pressing the remote and any other door button except front passenger side it beeps twice and the side mirror not folding. I know the beep telling me there is 1 or more door is not closed. But there is no beep and the side mirror folded when I lock the car by pressing the front passenger door button.

Anyone has the same issue like and can share the solution that would be great. Thanks

Should just replace the actuator with this?

Yes, or try one of the other UK based lr parts suppliers such as Rimmer Bros or Advanced Factors.
